Professional Experience
Before joining Marinovic & Alcalde Abogados in March2025, Sofía Bonati served as Head of Administration and Finance at the law firm Saavedra & Cía. Abogados (2021–2025), where she was responsible for administrative, financial, and human resources management, leading billing, payments, accounting control, and the firm’s positioning in legal rankings. Previously, from 2013 to 2019, she worked as Head of Human Resources Management at the Sustainability and Climate Change Agency – CORFO Committee, where she played a key role in the implementation of HR policies, performance evaluation systems, and improvement of the organizational climate.
