Professional Experience
Before joining Marinovic & Alcalde in 2019, he worked in the Government of Chile as a lawyer in the Cabinet of the President of the Republic and member of the Government General Internal Audit Council (2018-2019). Previously, he worked in the Legal-Legislative Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency in public litigation, dispute resolution and legislative and regulatory advice (2012-2014). He has also acted as a Chief Counsel for different family offices, with extensive experience in corporate, business, judicial and regulatory matters.
